Generally speaking, most attendees hesitate to release personal information of this nature. At some future point, if more of our attendees express a willingness to release such information, we agree that it could be helpful for future applicants like you who would like to talk to someone.

The material is updated every 3-4 months or as the material changes with new research.

We prepare students to take the exam and answer questions as efficiently as possible. We not only prepare you for the material you will see on your exam, we prepare you with test taking strategies you can use in all future exams.

We teach using Power Point presentations

Yes, we use computers along with projectors to instruct.

Yes, with your baseline of knowledge and this course you should be prepared. We don’t advice students to study other material after attending Premier Review. Please review the notes we provide.

We advice reading the notes 4-6 times. You should read the notes as many times as possible prior to examination. This is why we have made the notes high yield and concise.

No. We do not sell our videos on DVD. However, we do offer online video versions.

Once you purchase the online video course we will mail you the lecture notes. We recommend you do not activate your course until you receive the notes. Notes are sent via USPS priority mail. Delivery takes 2-3 business days.

No. Recording of the videos is forbidden and copying, capturing or recording would violate copyright laws which will result in termination from our site and prosecution in a court of law for copyright infringement. Premier Review utilizes software on their site which identifies and tracks users that may be running capturing software or copying tools to pirate their copyrighted data. In the event our tracking software identifies a violator they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

There can be several reasons why this might be the case. Our video course is intended to play on Windows XP/VISTA /7/8/10 and MAC OS Platforms which are running up to date video plug in software.
You may encounter problems if any of the following are true:

• If you are using an older PC with an inadequate video card
• You are running an older version of Microsoft Windows or Mac OS that doesn’t support plug-ins through your web browser. To avoid this please make sure that your system allows automatic updates and under Internet explorer please go to internet options and then internet security and custom settings and enable activex controls and prompt for file downloads.

Please follow these steps if on your computer you face problems.

• Using your username and password see whether you are able to access the video lectures on another computer.
• If you gain access then the issue points to either your software and/or hardware on that computer. If you are able to play the demo then you will be able to play the purchased video.
• If after these steps you continue to have technical issues the please contact us so we can provide you with assistance.
• IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES UNTIL YOU HAVE TESTED THE DEMO ON YOUR COMPUTER TO ASSURE THAT YOUR SYSTEM IS FULLY COMPATIBLE.

You can watch the demo video without purchasing the course. However, once you purchase the course, all sales are final.

No. Premier Review stands by its product. We offer free video demos at no cost. To access the video demo all that is necessary is registration with a valid email address.

No. You will not need to download a player. For your convenience, the software our site uses runs on our servers. Just click the video and watch the video lectures.
